Pham Le Phu
Saigon District offers Vietnamese food. We ordered the Pho with Macaroni noodles (Pho Nui) and Garlic Noodles. The restaurant is large in size. Customer service is on point. Service is quick. The restrooms are clean and large (they could probably make an additional stall). Utensils are individually wrapped.

This place has more of an upscale vibe for a Vietnamese restaurant, but their food is reasonably priced. They had decent prices on beers, and their food was good. I wouldn't say the food was great, but if I were around the area, I would consider returning.
